Reservation Policy
All reservations must be made in advance through our official channels. To confirm a reservation, partial or full payment is required as established during the booking process. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Changes Policy
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the tour date are eligible for a refund or credit for another date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable. In case of adverse weather conditions or maritime safety concerns, Jellyfish Tours PR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip. In such cases, the customer may choose to reschedule or receive a refund. Customers who do not show up on the day of the tour (“no show”) will not be eligible for a refund.
Customer Responsibility
All participants must follow the crew’s instructions at all times to ensure safety. Jellyfish Tours PR is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the trip. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special circumstances prior to departure. The use of illegal substances before or during the trip is strictly prohibited.
